Built by a Farmer's
Hands & Heart
"
Bali Raja — a name deeply rooted in Maharashtrian culture, meaning the farmer-king. This farm villa is not just a property. It is the life's dream of a hardworking farmer from the soil of Aundholi, built brick by brick with years of dedication, sacrifice, and love for his land.
Born and raised as a farmer in the Western Ghats, he watched the rains come and go over these mountains for decades. He dreamed that one day, his land — the same earth he ploughed — would welcome guests from across Maharashtra and beyond, offering them the warmth of a farmer's home and the bounty of his hospitality.
Every room, every tile, the swimming pool overlooking the hills, the open terrace under the stars — every corner was built by him, not by a developer, not by a corporation. A farmer who turned his fields into a place of joy for others.
When you stay at Bali Raja, you are a guest in a farmer's home. The food served is chulehvarche jevan — the same traditional Maharashtrian cooking that fed his family for generations. The hospitality is not a service. It is a farmer's pride.
